Tiers are the structured pathway stylists climb inside our studio — each one a new level of skill, speed, and artistry. Promotions are earned through performance, continuing education, and time behind the chair, so a Tier 1 price gets you a fully licensed stylist, and a Tier 7 price gets you decades of expertise.
